Dr. Bridget Woodberry is a distinguished scholar and leader who earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership. She holds a Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in Human Resources Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Concentration in Legal Studies (Valedictorian, Summa Cum Laude), and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude). With over 25 years of leadership experience in both the Federal Government and the private sector, Dr. Woodberry has made significant contributions to her fields. A proud United States Military Veteran, Dr. Woodberry has been honored with several prestigious honors during her active-duty tours, including the National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal.

Dr. Woodberry’s research interests include Biblical leadership, employee engagement, followership, servant leadership, toxic leadership, and the spiral of silence.
